WE ARE HIRING IN AUSTRALIA CABINET MAKERS

We are looking for experienced Cabinet Makers (ANZSCO 394111 – Cabinetmaker) to join leading employers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install cabinets, furniture, and custom joinery items
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and cutting lists accurately
• Operate woodworking machines to cut, shape, and form wood and timber products
• Perform veneering, laminating, sanding, and finishing work to a high standard
• Install kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, office furniture, and bespoke joinery
• Ensure all work meets precise measurements, quality standards, and client specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, following WHS regulations
• Use and operate CNC Router Machines for cutting and shaping components efficiently
• Collaborate with designers, clients, and other trades to deliver custom solutions
• Maintain accurate records of materials, components, and work completed

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Cabinetmaker or Joiner
• Skilled in manual woodworking techniques, woodworking machinery (CNC Router), power tools, and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications

Strict Requirements

• At least 28 years old
• Must be fit to work
• Minimum 5 years of verifiable, consistent & proven work experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making or Joinery preferred
• Preferably with overseas experience but not required
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of vocational or college education will be exempt from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). Those without this level of education must take an English language test.
