PANEL BEATERS / AUTO DENTERS / AUTO BODY REPAIR TECHNICIANS
We are seeking experienced Panel Beaters / Auto Denters / Auto Body Repair Technicians (ANZSCO 324111) to join reputable employers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage on metal, fibreglass, and plastic bodywork.
• Perform dent removal and panel straightening using mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Replace damaged panels with new or second-hand parts, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
• Apply body filler, grinding, and sanding to achieve smooth, paint-ready surfaces.
• Carry out welding and cutting (MIG, spot welding, and other techniques) for panel repair and replacement.
• Refit body hardware and accessories (door locks, trims, handles, etc.) after repairs.
• Maintain workshop safety standards and adhere to manufacturer repair specifications.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and materials used.
• Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience as a Panel Beater or Auto Denter.
• Skilled in metal, fibreglass, and plastic repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, repair manuals, and vehicle schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishes.

Strict requirements:

• 28 years old and above.
• Must be medically fit for the physical demands of the role.
• Minimum of 5 years of verifiable, consistent, and proven work experience.
• Strong skills in panel repair, welding, and vehicle straightening.
• Ability to work with a wide range of vehicles and materials.
• Good English communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and understanding repair specifications.
• Prior overseas work experience is considered a significant advantage, but not strictly required.
• At least one (1) year of vocational or college education is preferred to exempt candidates from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). Otherwise, candidates will be required to take one of these recognized English language tests.
