WE ARE HIRING IN AUSTRALIA AUTOMOTIVE MECHANICS (LIGHT VEHICLES)

We are seeking experienced Light Vehicle Motor Mechanics (ANZSCO 321211) to join established employers across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair light vehicles including cars, SUVs, and utility vehicles
• Inspect, maintain, and repair engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and fuel systems
• Perform engine and transmission overhauls (highly preferred)
• Use scan tools and diagnostic equipment to identify, troubleshoot, and rectify mechanical and electrical faults
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, filter replacements, timing adjustments, and general tune-ups
• Repair, replace, and calibrate electrical and electronic systems including ignition, charging, and sensor systems
• Follow workshop safety procedures and ensure all work meets industry standards
• Preferred Experience with the following brands:

European: Audi, Volvo, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, etc.
American: Ford, Chevrolet, Jeep, GM, GMC, Dodge, RAM, Chrysler, Cadillac, etc.
Asian: Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Mazda, Suzuki, Isuzu, Subaru, Hyundai, KIA, etc.

Strict requirements:

• 28 years old and above
• Must be medically fit for the physical demands of the role
• A minimum of 5 years of verifiable, consistent, and proven work experience
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques
• Ability to work with a wide range of makes and models
• Familiarity with engine management & emissions control systems
• Good English communication skills are essential for accurate diagnosis, understanding technical manuals, and collaborating with teams.
• Prior overseas work experience is considered a significant advantage but not strictly required.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of vocational or college education will be exempt from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). Those without this level of education must take an English language test.
• Experience in using scan tools, OEM diagnostic softwares, and electronic testing equipment is required for Skills Assessment.
