MECHANICAL FITTERS (AUTOMOTIVE)
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters with automotive backgrounds to join leading employers in Australia.

Key responsibilities:

Assemble, fit, and maintain automotive engines, transmissions, and driveline components.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in light and heavy vehicles.
Dismantle and reassemble engine parts, pumps, gearboxes, and other assemblies.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Perform routine maintenance, adjustments, and overhauls on mechanical systems.
Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work orders.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures.
Strict requirements:

28 years old and above.
Must be medically fit for the physical demands of the role.
Minimum of 5 years of verifiable, consistent, and proven work experience.
Proven skills in assembly, repair, and maintenance of automotive systems.
Ability to use diagnostic tools and precision instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Good English communication skills are essential for clear instruction following and teamwork.
Prior overseas work experience is considered a significant advantage.
At least one (1) year of vocational or college education is preferred to exempt candidates from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). Otherwise, candidates will be required to take one of these recognized English language tests.
Strict requirements:

28 years old and above.

Strong knowledge of heavy vehicles and equipment.
Strong knowledge and skilled in diagnostics repair techniques, and maintenance.
Ability to work with a wide range of makes and models.
Good English communication skills are essential for accurate diagnosis, understanding technical manuals, and collaborating with teams.
Prior overseas work experience is considered a significant advantage but not strictly required.
Preferably with at least one (1) year of vocational or college education will be exempt from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). Those without this level of education must take an English language test.
