Our Australian employer is seeking skilled and experienced Electricians to service and maintain commercial cooking appliances in:

Fast-food outlets (McDonald’s, KFC, etc.)
Hospitals & Aged Care Facilities
Clubs & Hotels

About the Role:
You will be responsible for performing breakdown repairs and preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances and equipment.
Repairs may involve both mechanical and electrical components, so versatility and problem-solving skills are key!

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client facilities (fast-food outlets, hospitals, hotels, etc.) to carry out equipment servicing and repairs
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in commercial cooking appliances
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
• Test, calibrate, and replace faulty components as needed
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate service reports and job documentation
• Provide timely, professional service to customers and minimize equipment downtime
• Collaborate with other technicians and report to the service supervisor as required

Strict Requirements:

• 28 years old and above
• Physically Fit
• At least 5 years of verifiable, consistent, and proven work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology
  Certified Master Electrician
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial or commercial electrical setting
• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining commercial appliances (e.g., ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers)
• Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical principles
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams
• Valid Driver’s Licence required
• At least one (1) year of vocational or college education is preferred to exempt candidates from English language proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). Otherwise, candidates will be required to take one of these recognized English language tests.
