For companies (foreign principals) interested in establishing a business relationship with SGS Human Resources Corporation, fill out this application form to express your interest.

Below are the mandatory requirements for accreditation:

Business License or Registration

The certificate of business registration or license of the foreign principal duly authenticated by the Philippine Labor Consul or Attachè in the country where the foreign principal holds office.


Job Order

A document duly authenticated by the Philippine Labor Consul or Attachè in the country of the foreign principal containing the specifications for each manpower requirements. The following information are required:

  • Company Name
  • Business address
  • Contact information (Telephone numbers/s, fax number/s, email address)
  • Authorized Representative
  • Job specification for each position
  • Number of professional workers needed
  • Salary and other fringe benefits

Agency Agreement

A document duly authenticated by the Philippine Labor Consul or Attachè in the country of the foreign principal that clearly defines the terms and conditions of the business partnership including the responsibilities of each party and the monetary considerations involved.

Special Power-of-Attorney

A document that empowers SGS Human Resources Corporation to act as the legal representative of the foreign principal in the Philippines for the recruitment process of Filipino professionals and workers. This document is one of the requirements of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to legally acknowledge the company to act for and on behalf of the foreign principal. The document must be signed by the authorized signatory of the foreign principal and duly authenticated by the Philippine Labor Consul or Attachè in the country of the foreign principal.

Master Employment Contract

The agreement which possible candidates will enter into, stating the following:

  • Position / Job Designation
  • Basic Salary and other fringe benefits
  • Payment of airfares to and from the country of destination
  • Clauses on repartation of remains and property to point of origin in case of death, at the foreign principal’s expense. Just causes of termination. Applicability of laws in the implementation of the employment contract as well as in the resolution of disputes.
